I like to have a classical look when I perform for people. My musical repertoire consists of beautiful, relaxing, sensuous music by Chopin, Liszt, Debussy, Rachmaninoff, as well as the ones that have meditative character, like pieces by Bach. I try not to include pieces that demand a lot of power for prolonged period of time, but rather for a very short while if I perform at a private party. Thus, people have ability to talk with each other and sometimes stop and listen to something beautiful.
I'm Russian and I love to play Russian folk music as well, sometimes 1-2 pieces. I would consider all of my music food for the soul.
