I am a professional comedian and actor. I perform clean comedy and am versatile in all areas of comedy. I have performed with numerous well-known comedians and throughout multiple comedy clubs across the country. I just saw this Comedian John Phillips at the Ethical Society. This man had me LMFBO and he was absolutely the funniest Stand Up Comedian I have seen since 1983 when I saw Rodney Dangerfield No Respect Tour at Resorts Casino Atlantic City. I didn't know who this dude was but within not even 5 words he had me LMFBO and everyone else there. Do yourself a favor and hit this man John Phillips up and I guarantee you that your not going to be disappointed. You're going to thank me for having you and everyone else cracking up laughing. I hired John for my daughters sweet 16; it was a variety of age range. John was very entertaining! Great with the crowd, very engaging with the audience! My daughter loved it, overall an awesome experience!

John A. Phillips is an American comedian, actor, and writer from Philadelphia, PA. John began his professional comedy journey in 2012, by knocking out all the open mics in Philadelphia. His career officially began when he landed a paying gig at the Spaghetti Warehouse. While paying his dues throughout Philly’s local scene, John A. Phillips paid homage to his neighborhood by doing clean comedy shows for schools and churches. That paved the way for the, “The Love Comedy” Series, which brings comedians together and raises awareness and funds for worthy causes such as non-violence and bullying.
Launched in early 2015 John A. Phillips produced and co-hosts an internet radio show on Heat 100 named, “The Evening Show”.
