I recently had dirt to my home to play for a company party. Let me just start by saying Dirks professionalism and punctuality was amazing! Dark set up in my living room and it felt like a real professional private concert and made all of our guests very happy upon arrival. Derek is personable and knows all the great tunes to make your evening interactive and memorable. If you get a chance to hire Derek for any event or even just a fun weekend with some friends, do it!
This guy was a lot of Fun. He handed out rhythm instruments and got everyone involved.
His sound was like a full band everyone was dancing and having a blast.

Originally from Montana, Dirk has been a utility musician for the last 30 years. He
has played venues across the US including the Ryman Auditorium and the Grand
Ole Opry in Nashville. As a utility musician playing eight different instruments, he
has shared the stage with artists such as Charlie McCoy, David Frizell, Dotti West,
Lacy J Dalton, Hal Ketchum, Jana Jay (Buck Owen's wife), Bobby Webb (James
Gang), The Wooden Nickel Band and the Ventures.
With a passion for having fun with people in small groups, Dirk has designed a
three hour interactive one man show that is sure to please any crowd with:
Classic Rock, Country, Blues, Bluegrass and Originals.
