Dischord A Cappella

A great time to watch and listen to (check out our set lists)! As we sing a cappella, we are flexible performing in any setting, whether it be outdoors, in a crowd for a flashmob, or on a stage. Our performances are fun, energetic, powerful, and emotional- all depending on the type of songs that you want us to perform! Dischord A Cappella is a premier A Cappella Group at the University of Pennsylvania. Dischord has been featured on Buzzfeed for top 17 Indie A Cappella covers, recognized by College A Cappella and has performed at pre-superbowl events like the Silver Chord Bowl in Massachusetts. We have recently performed at countless weddings, proposals, and parties, as well as sung along side The Sing Off's second place winners The Dartmouth Aires and contestants Pitch Slapped, and more!

We arrange all of our own songs and, if given enough notice, can arrange whatever song you wish to be performed.

We usually need at least 2 microphones - one for the soloist, one for the perc, but prefer to have at least one mic per voice part as well! However, we have also sung in outdoor settings and in flashmobs- just keep volume level and intimacy of the event in mind!
