I'm Erynn Krebs and I'm a professional musician from Northeast Ohio. The steel drum is the food that feeds my soul. If you're looking for a laid back escape or a rockin' good time, you've come to the right place. Over the years I have been honored to be an integral part of countless weddings, receptions and cocktail hours, birthday/graduation/retirement/block parties (surprise!), corporate events, luaus, restaurants/bars, holiday parties, concerts and more! I play with or without backing tracks. I have over 17 hours of backing tracks so I guarantee a little something for everyone. I can bring the party or the laid back island vibe or both! We hired Erynn to play for our cocktail hour for the garden party fundraiser. She was an absolute delight, and the energy in the room was magical! Everybody's comments were "this makes us feel like we're in the islands", "how wonderful and relaxing this environment is". We couldn't of asked for a better setting for her to be a part of, and I look forward to booking her again and again for future events. The smile on her and her husband's face was magical, inviting the feeling of being in tropical paradise!! Thank you for making the evening a beautiful success!!

Erin was easy to get a hold of for any questions prior to the event. She showed up before her scheduled time so she could set up. She was kind, friendly and energetic. Her music created such a enjoyable and soothing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend her. My husband and I are already talking about next year and booking her!

Erynn is an extremely talented musician. I hired her to play at my dad's home going service. She arrived on time, set up, and was very professional. Family and friends are still talking about her performance. I felt that my dad’s funeral was perfect which may seem an odd word to use for a home going service, but that’s how I have summed up her performance. I highly recommend Erynn to other grieving families.

Erynn showed up in plenty of time to set and brought her husband at no charge. Perfect music for my son's high school graduation party. Awesome!! So good, I asked if Erynn could play an extra hour. People were amazed and everybody said it was a terrific addition to the party. I'm so glad I found Erynn. I hope I have the occasion to hire her again.

Erynn knocked it out of the park for our event. She was on time, extremely personable and wonderful with the kids! I booked her for our island-themed Vacation Bible School kick-off day. She not only learned two songs from sheet music I sent her about two weeks before the event and played along with us when we sang, but she explained all about the history of the steel drum to our groups of children. It was very interesting for the kids and adults! The kids even got to try out some of the steel drums. I highly recommend Erynn for your next event - especially any educational event. She will be perfect. Her energy, knowledge and talent for this wonderful instrument went far beyond our expectations. She was not the first person I initially messaged on GigSalad, but rather another bid. Boy am I glad she approached us for our event!

Our event was a bit out of the ordinary, and Erynn was the only drummer to respond that "got it". From the very first message to her performance, all the way to the end, Erynn was perfect. She was accomodating, kind, helpful, humble and sincere.

An upbeat good time! I am a professional musician. I joyously bring a high level of experience to every gig and am always raising the bar. And also work with several of the best booking agents in NEOhio. If you look around, you'll also see me performing (solo, duo and in other bands, sometimes on elec. bass) at various venues, public and private, through the area.

I play a wide range of music to make your event/party special! Let the relaxing sounds of the steel drum bring your guests and friends to an island state of mind. Unwind and recharge with mellow calypsos, dance-demanding socas, one drop reggaes, top 40 hits and much, much more! If you're looking for a laid back Caribbean escape or a rockin' good time, you've come to the right place. I've got an expansive set list that covers bases you never thought the steel drum could cover.
I do many types of events (all of them!) from concerts, all things wedding related (rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner music, etc), corporate events, backyard/block/pool parties, birthdays (surprise!), graduation parties, beach bashes, grand openings, retirement homes, educational sessions for kiddos about the steel drum from it's fascinating history to how the instrument is actually made, and so much more...
I've been playing music professionally for over 13 years in Northeast Ohio with Wilbur ( husband) being a professional musician for the past 40 years performing from California to Ohio and everywhere in between. We've been lucky to be an integral part of many events over the years. Weddings, parties, anniversaries, retirement homes, concerts, educational school performances, grand openings, festivals, libraries and much more. We perform often as a duo (aka Dog Friendly Band duo) but also solo acts with a steel drummer and backing tracks just as often. Hire one of us or both! Whatever suits the needs of your event. As our duo, Wilbur plays guitar, drums/percussion and vocals while Erynn plays steel drums, bass and background vocals.
