Executive Talent Manager Mike Steffens has been with the company since 1991, and is still as excited about it today as he was when he joined. Mike has many years of experience as a producer for shows at major theme parks like Disneyland, and has even taken productions on tour internationally.

Mike is so personable that even the most nervous clients will feel comfortable discussing their event requirements. He’s also a stickler for details and organization, and spends a lot of time with the client with regards to planning: music requests, time line and sequence of events, etc. “We like to give our clients a picture of how things will actually unfold,” explains Mike. “Our discussion helps them to crystallize how they see it all coming together. Then we can bring their vision into being.”
