Well, I was really looking forward to this for my daughter's birthday. When the lady walked in, she already looked upset and didn't introduce herself, never gave me her name. She just asked for a table. She was not very nice to the kids and it kind of upset me. She was really mean to the birthday girl, told her twice that she was sweaty and to go clean her face off. I was debating on writing this review, but when I got to work today, my co-workers that attended the party with their kids expressed that their kids mentioned the face painter was mean to the little kids by holding their face back too far and telling them to stay still in a rude manner. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I just wished it would of been more memorable for the kids. But great art work, just lack of customer service, especially for a kids party.

Elizabeth, I am so so sorry you were unhappy with your artist. We strive to make every event we are apart of special and different from our competitors. Although this is no excuse, your specific artist was stuck on a plane and arrived home at 2:45 am in the morning due to storms, and then had an extreme schedule change at 6:00am because another artist totaled her car that morning going to another event.
Again- I do apologize. I should have let you know what was going on with her, but also wanted to make sure your event was covered.
I know she was exhausted and probably should not have been going out to such a special event!
Please forgive us, and I hope that you would consider us for future events.
Yvonne came out for my two year old's birthday party. She was so sweet with the kids, did phenomenal work, and did it quickly! It was perfect for the short attention spans. We really enjoyed it and other parents like the idea for their future parties!

What to expect when you hire Fancy Faces by Veronica?
You would expect all the artist to arrive 10-15minutes prior to ensure that we have all we need before the event starts. We would supply all the products needed for the event including; table, chairs, tents and table cloths. You should expect a happy artist with a great attitude and a friendly smile with each guest that she services.
