Jemeena Bellydance

I booked Jemeena for a bachelorette party belly dance lesson and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Prior to the event, Jemeena was great with follow-up and in finding ways to make the event personalized for the bride. The lesson space (Taverna 19 in the Strip District) offered a cool atmosphere and added positively to the lesson. Each of the 12 girls in attendance had a fun lesson and we continued our learned moves throughout the night in Taverna's courtyard (and at the wedding one week later). Jemeena not only taught us basic fundamentals of belly dance technique, but she also educated us on the cultural side of the art. I will definitely remember Jemeena for future similar events and will be sure to refer others to her, as well. Thanks, Jemeena!

During one of the most exciting times of our lives, our wedding weekend, our family hired a belly dancer for our rehearsal dinner. This has been a tradition in my husband's family for years. Jennifer was professional and both families were excited to see her "do her thing". She even gave us lessons! It was a fun twist to a wedding tradition.

Jameena was a delightful addition to our birthday dinner party. She not only livened up the party but also made everyone feel they were part of the act. I highly recommend her to add exotic flair and beauty to any gathering. Young and old, everyone enjoyed her performance!

Jemeena performed and taught a gaggle of little eight year olds to shimmy & shake for my daughter's eighth birthday. They all had the best time! I bought coined skirts as party favor. Parents kept calling the week after the party, the kids were still dancing! My daughter's words after the party.... "best party ever"!
