Also, "The Great American Piano Show" is 75 minute interactive audience participation musical tribute created by Joe of some popular songs from the 1890's through the 1970's. Included are stories plus trivia which explains how people have connected to music over the decades which became part of their lives. Joe has performed this many times for various Church and Social Groups, plus in Senior communities throughout the Lehigh Valley area with an overwhelming positive response from the audience. The show highlights the most popular music from across the generations and how many of these songs have still survived today!
With over 40 years of professional piano playing experience, Joe Lazorik allows his versatile style to adapt to your entertainment needs. Besides being able to provide soft background music, Joe also sees that the idea of a bar with a piano has rapidly faded and he is trying to revive that entertainment concept to it's once grand glory. If there is a piano available and a small crowd, he can make everyone's time enjoyable. In addition to providing cocktail and dinner music for your event, Joe is well-known for also being able to entertain with "Player Piano" and Old Time Saloon style Honky-Tonk music for everyone's listening and singing pleasure. Song sheets can be made available for any audience members to join in if desired, sampling turn of the century classics, barroom standards, folk songs, ballads, patriotic selections, show tunes, TV theme songs, plus classic rock and pop hits of the 50's, 60's and 70's. Also, a "guest microphone" can be made available for those who want to share the spotlight in song. Audience participation is sometimes encouraged and Joe's objective is always for everyone in attendance to have fun, which is why his entertainment has become recognized around the Lehigh Valley area as "Good Times" Piano Music!
If you're in the Eastern Pennsylvania / Western New Jersey area and need soft background music or want to liven up your party or establishment, consider Joe for a refreshing change! (Piano Entertainment can also be customized to accommodate private residences, church groups, senior communities, and other non-traditional settings too. Contact Joe to arrange a program to fit YOUR entertainment needs at a very reasonable rate!)
A piano in working condition is preferred to use at the requested location, however a portable keyboard can be provided if needed for use. A complete sound system can also be provided by Joe if necessary (depending on the room size, number of guests, and event requirements).

Joe's audience performances are also inspired by the early days of the great Tony Orlando. (Joe recently had the pleasure of meeting him and told him how he influenced his personal audience interaction today. Mr. Orlando was very touched by Joe's words and wrote him a personal note that Joe proudly has framed and displayed on his piano at home.)
