From classical to folk and rock to pop, Kaitlyn can play it all - on the cello. With a Masters degree in classical cello and a wealth of experience in other genres, Kaitlyn is able to pretty much play anything you could want in a way that is true to the style of the song.
Kaityln was incredibly talented and her music was such a beautiful addition to our wedding.

I reached out to Kaitlyn in November 2017 to play my wedding in Nashville in May 2018. The payment and everything was secured through Gig Salad. She was very communicative and open to playing the songs I requested. In February 2018, she reached out to let me know a big opportunity had come up for her in May that she could not pass up. She took it amongst herself to find another great Cello player (Larissa Maestro) to cover my wedding. Since they know each other, she settled the payment with Larissa so I did not have to worry about anything.
As a musician myself, I totally understood her needing to take the opportunity she had. I would’ve done the same thing. What I appreciated was her commitment to see to it that I was adequately covered, since she and I already had a deal. She went the extra mile and forefitted her payment to the new Cellist.
If you’ve watched Kaitlyn’s videos, you know she’s a fantastic musician. I know she would have done an excellent job at our wedding. I would highly recommend her. The cellist who ended up playing, Larissa Maestro, brought along guitarist Ellen Angelico to the event. They were wonderful. I threw some interesting song requests their way and they executed them perfectly. I would love to hear Kaitlyn play with the two of them. Food for thought for any of you looking for a unique and memorable wedding music experience.
