Kreative Truth is a spoken word artist from south suburbs of Chicago looking to reel in fans with a creative way of telling her truth and to inspire and motivate others through life! She has performed in Atlanta and all through out Chicago ! She was nominated for national spoken word awards! She writes to heal others and she is a mental health advocate for the youth and others!
