Singer/songwriter Kristen Marlo began singing before she could talk, and hasn’t stopped since.
She is a classically trained vocalist and self-taught guitarist, but also an accomplished composer and lyricist.
The last few years have seen her touring the US extensively in support of two independently released EPs and a live LP. Her broad appeal is reflected in the eclectic list of internationally known American artists she’s opened for, including Sara Bareilles, Joshua Radin, Matt Hires, Eric Hutchinson, Allen Stone, April Smith, Eric Hutchinson, Fanfarlo, The Bravery, Gary Jules, folk singer Todd Snider, country artist Eric Church and many others.
Kristen performed at my 40th birthday party, and she was absolutely perfect! Her voice is stunning, and she skillfully performed the songs of the artist I requested, Taylor Swift. She provided a song list in advance, which made choosing the music easy, stress-free, and fun. I would gladly hire her again for future events!
Kristen played and sung at our wedding and did an amazing job! I was surprised and very grateful when I saw Kristen show up prior to the requested time. She came in to setup and access the situation prior to the event. Kristen was able to pick the flow and expectations of the ceremony very quickly even though we had minimal review. I would definitely recommend and would hire Kristen again if needed!
I manage a luxury high-rise condo building and Kristen performed at our summer bbq party. Her performance elevated the entire event and all the guest were blown away by her! So much that I ended up asking her to stay an extra hour (paid of course) and she happily obliged. Booking with Kristen was so easy and everything from start to finish flowed so seamlessly. She was on time the day of the event and had everything she needed to quickly get set up. She had a GREAT lineup of songs that she peformed and read the room perfectly. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I highly recommend her and I can’t wait to have her out for another event.

Likewise, her music is featured on a score of compilations and her backing vocals can be found on dozens of other artists’ releases.
She recently finished her second LP, entitled “I Think You’re Swell”. She is currently working on her 5th album.
