Professionalism is a word embraced by many, but in all honesty demonstrated by far fewer individuals. I speak of individuals because that's who will ultimately affect whether a business is successful... The people you'll be lucky enough to work with while enlisting the services of Legend Models and Talent demonstrate more positive, proactive professionalism then you'll find anywhere else. To that point; I have allot of respect for Mrs. Kaylan Franca. She really is the standard within her respective organization and the talent management business in general. With an ability to anticipate client needs through positive communication, Kaylan makes it a habit, a sense of responsibility, to follow-up and truly exceed the highest of expectations. No event or booking seemed too big or small. Legend Models and Talent takes this business to a new level by simply taking what they do seriously. They can plan everything and all while wisely managing an established budget. It's a business that proved it's all about the clients.

Even with last minute requests, Kaylan was extremely helpful and responded at all hours of the day and night. Fast turnaround on artist submissions with recommendations and showed up at the event to oversee their performances. Flawless execution and no detail left unturned. Even provided customized attire with our logo for their dancers. I plan on using Legend Models and Talent for my next event. Highly recommended!

Wow!!! Legend Models and Talent definitely made our Wedding Shower weekend. We had a 4-day event planned for our family and guests, but I used their services for my bachelor party (Thursday) and suite party at the Palazzo (Friday).

To start off, the communication and professionalism from Legend Models and Talent (Kaylan) was definitely on par. As a business owner myself, I think this is the key to setting the tone for a successful customer experience. Though there were a handful of emails back and forth, my questions/concerns were always addressed and done so in a very timely fashion. In addition, Kaylan gave great insight and perspective of the personalities of her team to ensure that it was a good fit for our events and what we were looking for (greatly appreciated).

For Thursday evening, I surprised my groomsmen by requesting 4 beautiful models to socialize with us in the room. My boys were totally shocked and loved every minute of it. Not only were the models attractive and fun, but they entertained us with great conversation and even joined us in the karaoke room in our suite. I had an opportunity to see pictures in advance, so that was greatly appreciated.

To follow it up, the next evening was even more epic! To start off, I had a "runner" who would take phone calls from my guests when they arrived by the elevators and she came down to greet them and walk them up to the room. Definitely a stress-reliever as I could enjoy the party myself (drunk or sober) and not have to worry about running back and forth.

Bartender: I requested Ruthie and she was amazing! Not only was she beautiful, but she had a great personality and made drinks like no other. She socialized with everyone in the room during her down time and fit with our crowd perfectly.

Piano Player: I knew I was requesting a room with a piano, so nothing better than complimenting that piece with a piano player! Michael was freaking awesome and I originally booked him for 2 hours thinking he was going to be background music for us, but he was the highlight of the show. I was able to request songs in advance and he played them phenomenally . Furthermore, he was so good that I extended him for an extra hour. My guests were apparently pretty talented, so people were singing solos, duets, and even our group sang together collectively.

Overall, the experience was top notch. Thank you Legend Models and Talent for making our Wedding Shower so memorable, exciting, and epic!

With her guidance, I hired Miska through Legend Models and Talent to serve drinks for a group of 20 people for my husband's birthday party at the Wynn.
