Day-of Coordinator:
$500 includes: Gina to be point of contact and of RUN OF SHOW for your entire wedding day. Approx. 10-12 hr day (includes one meeting prior to wedding day discuss schedule of day, go over details, etc.)
Wedding Rehearsal + Day-of Coordinator:
$850 includes: Gina will attend/assist you in wedding rehearsal the night prior to your wedding day. One in person meeting prior to wedding day AND day-of co-ordinator
Wedding Planning:
Gina to provide full quote after full work load is determined.
Ciao! I'm Gina Layne with over 10+ years experience in the area of event planning/producing/coordinating. A project manager and event lead for such clients as StubHub, Air Bnb, Visit Orlando, US Open, and am currently the lead producer for the City of West Hollywood's Halloween Carnaval as well as the Venue Manager for StubHub's Commemorative Ticket Experience at STAPLES Center.
My love for planning started in 2008 when I joined the Actors Co-op Theatre Company in Hollywood and began Producing Live Theatre. That turned into planning friends' weddings and then, PLANNING MY OWN WEDDING!
It's my mission to make sure everyone has the same, BEAUTIFUL, stress-free experience that my hubby and I had on our special day :-)
