At the last minute I realize I couldn't pull off our house blessing all by myself... I NEEDED HELP! A friend referred Gig Salad & I decided to give it a try. Mobile Intoxicologists immediately replied (along with 4 others), with the best bid for the event. "Angela" whom was an "ANGEL" was sent to us to assist. She arrive 20mins early, took a quick tour, and jumped right in. She was professional & far exceeded my expectations. She didn't watch the clock & hung around until everything was back in order. She was God sent to say the least. My guests loved her, we loved her & I without a doubt would request her specifically for any future events I may have. Thank you Angela! Nikki and her team have 50+ five star reviews for a reason: they are simply the best! Don't even bother researching other options -- just go with Mobile Intoxicologists. Learn my lesson: don't bother with any of that and just hire Mobile Intoxicologists ! They have the best prices AND service. Plus, the booking is crazy easy (by far the easiest booking process). And Nikki was constantly available by text, phone, and email suggesting shopping lists, drink menus, ways to save money, and ideas for bar setup.
The servers were very polite and tried to help during the event. Unfortunately, I was not aware of what was needed to make it a smoother event. As I did not receive a call prior to the event from Mixology I didn't know exactly how to prepare. A call from Mixology prior to any event is necessary especially for first time users as myself.

Thanks for the feedback Agathe. I appreciate you taking my phone call to discuss the perceived failures of your event. I did state on a phone call with you about the details of your event that an extra phone call from my staff would occur before your event to confirm a few details and we did not make that call. However, per our conversation, the issues you encountered would not have been solved by the extra call. We only confirm event location, time, and logistics the week of the event. You had a coordinator for your event and my cell phone number and email address and I made it very clear if you had any questions I was available at any time. You stated your issues were with extra people in your kitchen(which were your guests) and your food vendor not leaving the food in proper storage. These are things that we would not have addressed with you the week of your event without you asking us direct questions. In my contract, I advised how we required it to be handled and you also confided you did not fully read my contract.
"As food service professionals (not caterers) we require that all food be fully prepared and in proper food service containers before we arrive(commercial-grade steam pans for hot food that can be placed directly into chafing dishes). Hot food must be at a minimum of 141 degrees and cold food must be below 40 degrees. Per Texas Food Handler requirements, If food is not at the proper temperature or is not properly stored we reserve the right to refuse to serve."

The wait staff jumped in with little instruction and did more than expected. They treated our guests all like VIPs, they sett up the food service more beautifully than I expected and adapted to changes to pull it together without needing my assistance. They also added some touches to our appetizer display and coffee bar and the cake table. I reccomend them 100%!

The bartender & server that we hired from Intoxicologists were awesome! They were also able to add on some extra hours of help the day of the event which was a needed. We will use them for many events moving forward.

First time using a private bartender at our house for a party. It was a baby’s first birthday party with many adults there and our bartender, Lauren, was able to adjust and handled the slightly excitable crowd. She even contacted me days before the birthday to see what the theme was and what my baby’s name was to add her name to her bar sign and to create a specialty drink for her which matched the theme of the party. Lauren came in professional attire with a very cheery smile on her face. She was very creative in the manner in which she set up her bar in the space we gave her and it allowed for good flow of people throughout that area. I’m pretty sure I don’t want to throw another party without a private bartender again and I will definitely use them and request Lauren.

Allow me to start this post by saying I am a very critical and hard person to pleased based on my profession. With that being said Nikki was awesome!!!! From the initial stages of receiving a quote to the consistent clear and concise communication leading up to the surprise party. Nikki’s professionalism was off the charts. Every member at the 1920’s party raved about Nikki; To quote their words “she was the best part..who hired the bartender.” Needless to say I will definitely be utilizing Nikki’s services again!
Our bartender, Nikki, was extremely easy to work with and very professional. We hosted an event for 65 members of the architecture and design community and they all loved her! We will definitely book her again the next time we need a bartender.
I hired two bar tenders from this company for my wedding, Nikki and Alyssa. I spoke to Nikki on the phone prior to the event and let me tell you this, from the moment I heard her speak I could tell that she was very professional, kind, and very enthusiastic. From the phone call alone I felt like I had made the right choice but the day of the event they exceeded my expectations. Both of them showed up on time, sorted out any issues with the storing of kegs, made sure we were never running low on beverages, and last but not least they both did it with a smile and energy that brought the wedding to the next level. By the end of the night numerous guests had complimented me on their services and energy. They were awesome and I will most definitely be requesting them for any upcoming events in the future! Nicki was my bartender when i hosted a Hawaiian themed 50th birthday for my husband. She was amazing! She called to review the party plans and helped me know what to purchase. Then she asked if she could wear a Hawaiian shirt to match the theme which was a bonus. Fantastic customer service. Very professional. Our guests had a wonderful time.
Nikki and Angela did 2 events for me in the summer and I vowed that I would only use them in the future. I booked them again in September. I entertain a lot but it has always been so stressful. Nikki & her team bartended a Grand Opening event for our new real estate office and they were wonderful to work with! We hosted a party for 70 guests at our house. Needless to say, I needed an extra hand. Nikki was an amazing bartender who engaged our guests. Angela and Mike were full service waitstaff who tended the buffet, picked up after guests, and even helped to clean up towards the end of the party. I will surely call them for my next event as I was so impressed with the level of service.

I hired this company for my Friendsgiving this past week and I don't even know where to start. They were super friendly! Nikki was so direct and very professional with the entire process! We hired Mobile Intoxicologist of Houston's team of servers and a bartender for the party we had. They went above and beyond for our friends and family, everyone loved them! The servers carried the hor d' oeuvres throughout the first hour and a half, then they served the food, they kept all area's clean and even made to-go plates for my guest! The bartender made amazing drinks, she was so funny and created drinks that pleased everyone, we all enjoyed her presence! I didn't have to do anything but show up to my party, they did the rest while I spent my time with friends and family!
