Kelly Jo, performs as a live mermaid in both the water and land. She provides entertainment for pool parties as she swims, splashes and interacts wih guests adding the perfect edge. She also specializes in children's birthday parties where she brings her nautical arsenal with her including shells, coral and readings from the classic Hans Christian Anderson story, The Little Mermaid. She also does educational (sea life and marine enviroment - focusing on conservation) parties for children of all ages.
Kelly Jo also poses on land to make any event an enchanted, under the sea atmosphere.

She was beyond amazing with the children. The children especially my daughter who enjoyed the games she played. She kept the children busy the full hour in a half. The best mermaid I would totally hire her again and recommend her to anyone that wants their children to have a unique time!

Kelly Jo was the perfect mermaid! Her smile, costume, treasure chest, bubbles and games made the day for everyone. The kids had a wonderful time playing games and blowing bubbles with a “real” mermaid.

The lovely Patrice was our mermaid for a 7th birthday party, and the birthday girl was truly I n heaven. Patrice entertained the children for a full 90 minutes, never breaking character. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day with Patrice.

I am so so glad we went with booking a mermaid for my daughter’s 4th birthday party. We were lucky enough to have mermaid Patrice join us. She was amazing with the kids and adults! And absolutely a stunning mermaid. I wish I could bring her with us every time we go to the pool 😄

Kelly Jo was fantastic! She was great with all the kids but acted like my daughter was her best friend, they hung out the whole time. She was very interactive and interesting, had games, and really kept their interest the whole time. The hardest part was pulling my daughter away at the end! Thanks Kelly Jo!
Kelly Jo and the Myth of Mermaid made an appearance at my daughter's fourth birthday. It was a blazing hot day, so I'm sure Kelly Jo was quite hot in her costume, she regaled the girls with her treasure chest of shells and bubbles and let the girls crawl into her lap to explore her mermaid costume. Then, she did a demo in the pool and swam and played with the girls. All the party guests and the birthday girl are convinced Kelly Jo is a real mermaid. Well worth the cost of the gig for a priceless memory for my little girl!
My 4 year old daughter told me, it was the best day of her life! Kelly Jo was excellent with entertaining the children with fun games, bubbles, and swimming. She made my daughter feel very special. I would hire Kelly Jo again. My daughter has already requested it!
My daughter's 7th birthday was awesome thanks to Kelly Jo and her team! The children enjoyed themselves and the activities were good for all ages! Everyone was super nice and professional! I highly recommend for any beach or pool party.
