New York Nightingales

The New York Nightingales band features 3 female singers and 2-4 live instrumentalists, depending on space and budget. Our "sets" include fun and intricate harmonies as well as vocal and instrumental solos all centered around the swing era.

For the Holiday season, we offer up to 90 minutes (or 2 x 45 minute sets) that includes a mix of classic holiday tunes and jazz standards. We provide a playlist that fits that style and mood during any breaks (e.g., between sets), so you can keep your party going!

The New York Nightingales are a female, vintage, vocal trio performing in and around the NYC since 2015. Their music centers around the ‘30s and ‘40s when swing was at its peak, and their band features very talented, jazz musicians. Their vintage feel provides the perfect atmosphere for restaurants, private parties, and corporate events.

The Nightingales choose and develop arrangements that are interesting and fun to perform, believing if they love the music this much, so will you. Their repertoire includes both well-known favorites and forgotten gems, providing unique stylings you will not find elsewhere.
