Scott's background piano music during a family celebration helped transform our evening into a real party. I hired Scott to play background music at the adult dinner reception for my son's Bar Mitzvah while a DJ entertained kids in another room entirely. He played a mix of songs that were of interest to me (we had discussed in advance the kind of music I wanted) ranging from show tunes to jazz, popular, and old classics. He hit the mark and it helped add to the lovely ambience of the evening. In addition, while I was running around most of the evening, he arrived and started playing without my knowing until I entered the dinner room. I will definitely enlist Scott's musical talents for any future event I host.

Experienced piano player who has performed as a soloist, part of a duo and band member for many years - over 100 performances at various events and venues. Our band, The Glue Factory plays a wide range of musical styles primarily under the heading of Americana - including Rock, Pop, Blues, Jazz and Country. I am also interested and have experience in Ragtime piano and Classical music.
Music and the piano have been a big part of my life and I enjoy sharing it with others.
Have my own equipment if needed - Yamaha CP33 Stage Piano, Center Point Stereo Amplifier or M-Audio Studio Monitors. Just a little space to set up and a power source is all I need.
