Provide a break from the everyday troubles of the world through laughter with personal stories leaving you feeling like you've known Plug for years....A must book!!! Plug has appeared on Kevin Hart's "Hart of the City" Season 1 on Comedy Central and TI's "Road To Redemption" on VH1
Plug came and made us all laugh over a lunch break. I invited him for an employee lunch and even though it was a room full of accountants and not the typical environment, he had us all in stitches!! He was also respectful of my request for a clean show. :-)
Response from Plug:
was a pleasure working with Darci and her crew of accountants! Next time you want to laugh at lunch let me know!!
I hired Plug to be the mc at my wedding reception and he showed up on time, was well dressed in his formal attire and was very friendly and personable. I would definitely hire him again and hope one day I will hire him to do a comedy jam session for me.
The content of his material definitely did not fit the requirements, limitations or expectations set ahead of time - "PG-13" and "family friendly content". The material at our company event which consisted of 18-80 year olds and professionals including board members and executives, many of which are very devout Christians included "F-words, prostitution, porn, racism, drug use and abuse, sexism, female abuse, no limit to the cursing".
One of his six 5 star reviews we read prior to booking him even stated "He was able to be funny without vulgarity and much profanity as my mom had quite a few of her church members at the party".
We were incredibly surprised by the material based on the 6 minute preview video that's on this website and left wondering where things went wrong. A decent amount of our crowd got up and left until the duration of his set and others waited until he was finished and left then commented they couldn't believe we would force them to listen to that kind of language or "comedy".
Plug flowed through the 45 minutes he was booked without much issues flowing through his material, however, it just wasn't appropriate for our crowd. It was probably more suited for a late night hole in the wall joint that has expectations of that kind of humor.
Response from Plug:
Apologies, def my fault I made the mistake of assumption. I am mostly a one man army which consist of a sometimes assistant. I had a clean and dirty video on here and i assumed that video was the one yall saw. Very unprofessional of me but if you heard some of the comments (which were very racial and disrespectful from your employees) you would understand the position it put me in i already felt bad for not delivering. Again If you need me to send a email to your bosses clearing you i can. In that review of that clean show they sent an email with specifications on material and in my world you can talk about drugs in pg-13 you guys need G or PG and that is different. So again apologies for assuming blue was ok on a good note most of the employess 40 and under said they enjoyed it.
Plug showed up way before schedule and sat patiently waiting. Although it was a loud party and folks insisted on talking, he kept the jokes coming and he was very professional. Everyone said he was funny.
Plug performed at our annual Gala and when I say that he shut it down......HE SHUT IT DOWN!! His performance and hosting was absolutely off the chain. I highly recommend Plug for any opportunity in which a person wants to laugh their butt off!! Absolutely professional, prompt, entertaining and all around exciting
How do you make a room full of bikers laugh? You book Plug. Plugs unique view of society transcends race and background and was a perfect match for the audience at the motorcycle shop. Even though he closed out the show and that his allotted amount of time he left everyone wanting more and the laughs to keep right on going.
I'd book him for any engagement or situation.
I hired Plug for my sister's divorce party... Yes, her divorce party lol my sister had a rough time after her divorce so me and the girls pitched in and hired Plug and a couple of strippers to come out and live it up for the night! We attended one of Plug's shows in Atlanta and saw him on Kevin Hart's "Hart of the City." We had so much fun that I tracked down his management team to book him for my sister's party. He had us cracking up all night lol We are all pitching in the funds to book him again for our Mardi Gras ball!
Plug performed a 20min set for my mother's graduation party and was excellent. He was able to be funny without vulgarity and much profanity as my mom had quite a few of her church members at the party. I was thoroughly impressed with his presence and his comfort in front of a crowd and his storytelling.
VERY FUNNY,...SMART, STREET HUMOR...VERY GOOD STORY-TELLING MATERIAL ..
