Our son wanted a magician for his birthday party (5 years old), and after looking around we felt confident in hiring Roberto based on his many years of experience. We couldn't have been more happier with the decision!
He was very responsive before the event, arrived early and was ready to start the show by the agreed time. It was a hard crowd, with 18 very active, curious and loud kids, but Roberto was great at handling it all, including a pizza delivery intermission (recommendation: make sure all the kids have eaten before the show!). His special trick with our birthday boy was great, and children loved seeing the rabbit pop up and having the opportunity to pet it!
I can certainly recommend Roberto, and I'm sure all guests will enjoy his show!

Roberto was a pleasure to work as we engaged him to entertain at our son's first birthday party. The children and all the adults truly enjoyed his show!

My initial booking inquiry was promptly answered, the date scheduled and confirmed with a telephone call and he arrived on time for his magic show set-up.

Roberto was at ease with the small group of children, ages 1 - 10, who all had a chance to participate in the various tricks in his show. His performance flow was natural as was his wit and charm in engaging both the shy and extra exuberant little ones.

His humor also kept the adults, about another 25 people, laughing and rapt on his every next move. I must say I was particularly impressed with several of his tricks and his ability to truly work the crowd. The finale of the show was a big "furry" hit as well.

Naturally as a parent, you always want the best experiences for your child. If you're hosting a party, and are looking for a professional and personable magician, do yourself a favor; hire Roberto!

We hired Roberto for our daughter's 6th birthday party and all the kids and parents loved the show. We've since had people who hadn't even been at the show ask us about the magician they've heard so much about from the other children and parents.

Roberto communicated well in the run up to the event and arrived on time with a minimum of fuss in getting set up. He's very personable and easy to work with. The children were at ease with him during the show and also afterward when he made animal balloons for them-- they were sad when he had to leave!

As for the show itself, the banter and rapport with his audience was very entertaining and the tricks really impressed the kids (there were about 25 children, ages 2-8 years old). He managed to keep their attention for the entire show-- possibly his greatest magic trick of all! The grand finale is well worth the description. When the rabbit appeared, the audience absolutely loved it.

I would definitely recommend Roberto the Magician for parties and would hire him again for other events. We're very glad we asked him to of the magic show for our daughter's party and feel we got real value for money too.

Roberto was an excellent communicator before, during and after our event. We hosted a tired group of mixed aged kids after a long day of camp for our sons 4th birthday. Roberto catered to all ages and of course the rabbit at
the end was a huge highlight for the little ones. Roberto was accommodating with time and let kids settle into the party even though the prearranged start time was earlier. He stayed late and also did balloons for the kids at the end.

Roberto magically entertained 30 kids at our halloween party. One child has the opportunity to become the "magician of the day" and makes Roberto's bunny Presto magically appear! We had Robert an his bunny Presto for a small children birthday party. Robert arrived 30 minutes before the show to set up his stuff. Roberto had a very positive attitude and both, children and aduldts, enjoyed his show, especially when bunny Presto appeared from nowhere.

We booked Roberto for our son's first birthday celebration. We wanted entertainment for the 18 children ages 1-10 years and over 50 adults we were expecting. I have to admit I was skeptical about hiring any entertainer after a clown in which I found around my local party store performance in my son's last birthday party last year. However, Roberto the Magician amazed my family, friends, and most importantly my son! We had Roberto the Magician come in to entertain about 24 kids for my sons 10th bday. It was great to have someone else entertain the children other than myself. Roberto performed at my son's first birthday party. He was easy to contact and do business with before hand and very easy going when he arrived at the event. He showed up early and prepared. He did a great job engaging all the kids ( 25 kids that ranged from 6 months to 8 years old) and was entertaining for the parents as well. The kids also enjoyed the balloon making. Thank you for doing a great job! I would definitely recommend him!

My experience with Roberto was exceptional. We worked out many of the details via e-mail since it was more convenient for me. I explained what I needed for my daughter's Sofia the First theme party and he comply with all my special request. Roberto came dressed as Cedric the magician and he included my daughter whenenver possible as his "apprentice" just like the show.
"Cedric the Magician' was a special surprise for the event. We provided my daugther with a special apprentice magic cape and wizard hat so that she could really feel like she was part of the show.
Roberto not only did an amazing performance, but he also worked very well with all the kids, who range from the ages 2 to 15. I believe we had a total of 28 kids. The majority of the kids were girls from the ages of 5 thru 8.
He managed to maintain their attention throughout the entire show. Now, to me that is amazing. The show was fun and engaging and my daughter and the kids had a great time.
As part of his Grand Finale, Roberto made a live bunny appear. All the kids were genuinely surprise and practically jumped at Roberto to see if he was really real. Most of the kids had never seen a live bunny show.
After the show and a small break for change of costume, Roberto continued with animal balloons for all the kids.
Roberto has been a pleasure to work with, he arrived 1/2 hour before "show time" to set up. The show started at is scheduled time. He truly is a professional. I will definitely recommend him and I believe my daughter who turned 7 would too. When getting ready for bed, we discussed her day and one of the things she said to me before she went to bed was, "Mommy, I loved the magician". Gig Salad thank you for making my job much easier!
