Sarah and the crew were simply amazing. Many never experience this type of setting before and they were blown away. You ladies rocked it out. The cello, harp, and violin were beyond breathtaking

Sarah played wonderfully at our wedding ceremony. We were missing a cellist to complete our string quartet and she worked together with them so well (she practiced with them and we got to hear recordings of their practice session). If you need someone dependable and don't want to stress over who to pick, pick Sarah!

I had Sarah come play a 2-hour solo set on Thanksgiving to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. Sarah played beautifully, wowing my wife and the rest of us that were fortunate enough to enjoy the performance. Perhaps more importantly, she was incredibly patient and flexible. She was unfazed when our kids invaded her personal space and she honored their requests for Disney tunes. Planning the gig was a breeze--Sarah was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I gave her some loose guidance and requested 3 songs, and she created a great set list from there. On the day of, she let me know that she had hit some traffic, but still arrived with plenty of time to get set up. Sarah had a warm, kind presence and left us all with a special memory!

Our daughter's intimate wedding was made so much more special with the addition of cellist Sarah Overton. In addition her beautiful musical skills, Sarah seemed to sense the room and the aura of the occasion and customized her playlist to suit the mood. Many of our small party actually sang and danced along with Sara as she played. I would recommend Sara as an elegant and unforgettable addition to any party or affair.

Sarah played at our intimate beach wedding and took the ceremony to the next level with her session level musicianship. She even came with tasteful backing tracks and learned two requested songs that she played effortlessly. She was punctual and professional. I definitely recommend her for any event.

Sarah organized a string quartet to perform for our wedding and prepared a song list for us, worked with our requests, and even accommodated us by staying longer because we were running behind! She and her group made our big day so special and we'll be calling her back next year for our anniversary!

Hired Sarah a birthday surprise for my wife since she loves the cello. Sarah’s performance was phenomenal from beginning to end. There were 3 additional couples in attendance at the surprise party. They enjoyed Sarah’s performance just as much as my wife. We danced to some of the selected pieces and my wife was elated that Sarah played two of my favorite songs for her. Communication was excellent between Sarah and I. She was very responsive and allowed me to have input into personalizing and selecting recommended pieces. Sarah’s personality is extremely kind, personable and professional. As an added bonus, Sarah shared the history of some of the composers and pieces. Would definitely hire Sarah for future events.

We asked Sarah to play on our terrace for an intimate gathering. From the very beginning through the end, Sarah was extremely polite, responsive, and accommodating with all our requests. We worked with her on the play list (a mix of classical, jazz, pop) and everyone was blown away by her talent. She even tweaked the playlist for two additional songs that I requested last minute. She arrived promptly at the time she said she would and it was so seamless after that. I look forward to hiring her again to future events!

Sarah was a wonderful choice for my best friend's bridal shower! She accommodated ALL of our music requests (including Ariana Grande, Journey, and Ella Fitzgerald...) and even worked with our schedule so that the music was appropriate for the different surprises we set for the bride!

We're so glad she was able to travel to make it out to us, and we booked her on the spot for extra time with us as well. She's versatile, talented, and great to work with!

We scheduled Sarah last minute for a small outdoor elopement in the city. She played beautifully for our ceremony and even arranged a piece of video game music for us at our request! We're so very glad we were able to work with her, and will be booking her again for our reception at a later date!

Best afternoon ever

Sarah played at our outdoor, roof top birthday party. We asked that she play show tunes and Sarah provided a play list for us to check out in advance. Sarah tweaked the list after we requested several other composers. Sarah was responsive, flexible, very prompt, easy-going and most importantly, very talented. The guests enjoyed her show. We give her the highest rating and we hope that we have a chance to hire her again. If only there was time to hear her perform more.
