Dan played for our corporate awards event at our office space. He was communicative, with fast response times and very flexible. He managed to play with limited space since our event had to be moved inside due to weather and played the songs that were requested.

As we planned our wedding on a golf course, we didn't even think about the lack of electricity for music. We found Dan on GigSalad and he was not only able to provide our music, but every song I requested using his sax. And, I requested some interesting songs, like Alicia Keyes "Empire State of Mind."

I would give Dan a "15" stars! He is an Amazing Sax Player! Our original performer (a violinist) canceled, so I recommended Dan to our client since I had worked with him previously. He always arrives early, is professional and is an outstanding performer. Since the event was on the Queen Mary, our client wanted a performer that could play cool music from the 1920's through the 1940's to evoke a certain "period" for the first half through cocktails and dinner, and then switch to current dance music for the second half. Dan did an amazing performance that had everyone filling the dance floor and creating a great gala New Year's Eve event for our client! Thank you, Dan!

Dan is an excellent musician. He played a wide range of music for our guests. He made fun by inviting people to sing karaoke, including the debut of my 85 year old Mother singing “All my Ex’s live in Texas”. I would recommend Dan to everyone.

If I could rate Dan higher than a 5, I would. Everyone had a great time...even the teenagers! He is not only a talented musician and singer, but also gracious and accommodating. There was not one request that he did not play and he even performed one song twice (by request). I have seen Dan play at the Jazz Kitchen at Downtown Disney and now at our company party. Dan would be a fantastic addition to any party or gathering. This is the second time I have booked him and I highly recommend him!

Sax ONE performed at my daughter's wedding reception. We wanted soft, light jazz to accompany dinner and dancing. Sax ONE was perfect! The music was a beautiful backdrop to our venue. Our guests were very complimentary and had a great time dancing to some of the best jazz and top 40 tunes out there! Dan was very easy to work with and did a great job picking music that matched the feel we were looking for, along with playing all our preselected requests. I highly recommend Sax ONE!

We were running short on time and the moment we requested for a quote online through GigSalad, Dan immediately gave us a call to find out all details on what exactly we were looking for in a live band. The moment we answered that phone call all the way up to the end of the event, Dan's willingness to accommodate to what we wanted and his professionalism was what made working with him so easy and efficient. Truly an easy person to communicate with and such a delight to meet. He's an amazing saxophone player too! Saxophone 1 played for the February Art Walk at the Santora Building, just outside Martinez Frame & Gallery where I displayed my fine art photography. This group not only carried the sounds throughout the building beautifully but like the 'pied piper' drew the crowds to it (which also helped give more visibility to my work). It was wonderful to see the crowds enjoy and dance to their sounds, which were varied and appealed to EVERY age group!!

This was a wonderful performance! Dan was very professional and brought a singer who was awesome too. He set up his equipment early and was ready to play right on time. He was able to tailor-make a song list that kept our audience energized and engaged. I will definetely ask Saxophone 1 plus to come back again.

Saxophone One Plus provided a fun holiday atmosphere as they provided a variety of music spanning the spectrum from "Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer" to Glen Miller. This talented saxophonist and vocalist performed as a duo with a backing track along with some instrumental selections. I highly recommend them as a great addition to any event.

Sax One played a variety of different songs; slow, fast, older and modern. My guests enjoyed hearing the live music and even danced. I'll definitely be using him again and would recommend him.
