We cover Taylor Swift's newest albums Folkore and Evermore, Aldous Harding, Little Big Town, as well as some country tunes and original music in that same folk/alternative country vein. Acoustic Folk Duo Natalie Christie Music

Guitarist and co-lead Lowgaen Schmidt of Prodigal Son has teamed up with singer-songwriter and local performer Natalie Christie for the acoustic folk duo, Natalie Christie Music. They perform acoustic covers by Taylor Swift from her newest crossover albums and foray into folk music (Folklore, Evermore), Kacey Musgraves, Aldous Harding, as well as some country and original music sprinkled in.

Natalie Christie is a local singer-songwriter and performer who has performed the National Anthem for the U.S. Olympic Swim Trials, the Nebraska State Fair, Ralston Arena, and headlined the VGA National Tour. She has appeared in the productions of Pirates of Penzance, Oliver!, and Annie, and is releasing her first single on Spotify and all music platforms, “Say What You Wanna Say,” this fall. Lowgaen Schmidt is a guitarist and co-lead for the band Prodigal Son who has opened for Casey Donahew, played the Comstock Windmill Festival, Valley County Fair, and Burwell Rodeo. Together they create lush melodies, dynamic harmonies, and a rich, acoustic sound for a night of intimate live music.
