"Spirit Soul And Friends" has over 15 years of experience in sharing World Music and Kirtan at community festivals, yoga studios, public and private venues. With many years of service to their communities, this musical peace troupe exhibits a warm and welcoming approach for people of all ages in providing the spiritual tools needed to obtain peace and nourish the ‘spirit soul’.

"Spirit Soul And Friends-A Musical Peace Troupe" are the award recipients of the 2018 Las Vegas Producers' Choice Honors for Outstanding Spiritual Artists and Outstanding Spiritual Music and Records Works for the film, Kirtan Peace Vibrations. They have also received the 2017 Global Music Awards Bronze Medal for the category of "Music Video" with their newly released documentary musical feature film, "Kirtan Peace Vibrations With Spirit Soul And Friends" (now available on Amazon). Their song from the music video, "Om Hari Om" also received the 2017 Global Music Awards Bronze Medal for the category of "World Music".

"Spirit Soul And Friends" also are the award recipients for the 2010 Los Angeles Music Awards for World Music Artists of the Year and Showcase Artists of the Year. Their second music video, "A Song of Peace (Nityananda Chaitanya)" received the 2009 Los Angeles Music Awards Producer's Choice Award and was featured at the Los Angeles Music Awards Gala Event at the Avalon Theatre in Hollywood, CA. In 2008, their first music video, "Loving Thoughts" received the Los Angeles Music Awards Producer's Choice Award.

MESSAGE OF PEACE:
Oftentimes in modern society, there is a tendency to look to an organization or politician to establish World Peace.

Too few of us consider that PEACE starts with each separate individual as Spinoza did when he said, “PEACE” is not an absence of war; it is a virtue, a state of mind, a disposition for benevolence, confidence and justice.

And as E.F. Schumacher wrote:
We can say today that man is far too clever to be able to survive without wisdom. No one is really working for PEACE unless he is primarily working for the restoration of WISDOM.

SPECIAL FOOD FOR THOUGHT:
In Hawaii, we have something called "Aloha Spirit" which is the foundation to World Peace. "Aloha" is a word we use not only in parting, but also in greeting and to express love. It is appropriate in all these situations. The word "ALOHA" is made up of three Hawaiian root words: a - lo - and ha. "A" means that which enables one to see. "Lo" means of the earth, and "Ha" means the life force. When I say "Aloha" to you, I am saying "I can see the life force within your earthly form." And when you say "Aloha" to me, you are saying, "I can see the life force in your earthly form." This is a gift that Hawaii can give to the World.

We are prepared to play acoustically and organically but we are also equipped with our own portable full PA system, instruments, mics, cords and stands. There is an additional charge if we are to provide our own sound system.

To perform for bigger venues such as a corporate event or outdoor festival event, we would require at least a 10X20 stage/area or larger, a sound board with at least 8 to 12 channels, 2-3 monitors, a wireless microphone and a sound technician.

For private and corporate special events organized for 'employee activities', we offer meditation classes utilizing breathing techniques for relaxation and stress relief. This is followed by mantra music and uplifting Kirtan.

We also provide Transcendental Flow Music to help enhance any yoga class with "live yoga music" (harmonium, guitar, drums, and vocals).
