Of all the pig roasts my husbands Iowa family have been to they are still talking about the one I hosted for our family reunion with Spit-n-Pig doing all the work. Chef Ron knows his pig and we had the most delectable meat. His crew were organized, friendly and approachable. The presentation was also quite memorable. Hire this guy!
