I had the pleasure of hiring two ladies as waitstaff for a birthday party at my place. They set up a cheese and charcuterie board as well as heat up food and cook a few racks of lamb. Everything they created was very professional and well presented. They even used fruit jellies that I was serving for dessert to recreate the name of the birthday person. There attention to detail was exemplary. Furthermore, they were very pleasant and helpful. It was a delight to have them work my party - it gave me the chance to enjoy the guests and not be concerned with logistics and keep the food flowing. I look forward to hiring them again the next time I have an event at my house.

Superior Services is outstanding! Michelle was more than willing to assist me in what I required for my celebration. She assisted me with organizing a list of how much drinks we needed to serve 10 guests and was really responsive. Billy bartended for my party, and he was fantastic. All of my visitors loved him, and when he left, he left my home spotless. If I ever throw another party, it will undoubtedly be via Superior Services. Without a doubt, I will request Billy again!

From the moment I began working with Michelle until the moment I finished this experience has been exemplary. Michelle gave the best price quote and delivered the best service in Meghan. Meghan arrived at 10 am, prepared food and delivered service better than I could have hoped for. Not only did she put food out, take it away, prepare it, clean and check on every last detail including garbage and drinks, she was kind and professional to all our guests. Everyone commented on how lucky we were to find someone so good. I can't recommend Superior Services enough. You won't be sorry if you contract thus company.

Our bartender Linda was awesome. We had a 40th birthday BBQ at our home with about 35 guests. Linda was there right on time. She set up the bar and then helped with putting out the food etc…She even rolled the utensils in napkins for me which was a nice touch. She was friendly to our guests, made great drinks and even made an ice run for us before she left. I would definitely recommend Superior Services to anyone looking for help with an event.

I called Michelle a few weeks before our wedding, not expecting that she would have any availability left for our date, but was thrilled to find out that she had staff available to help us. We did not use a wedding planner or day of coordinator, so we were less than organized, but Michelle's staff jumped in and exceeded our expectations. Her staff was friendly and professional and knew just what needed to be done. Many of my guests commented on how great they were. Jane was the most perfect helper I could have had for the bridal shower I hosted for my daughter. The event was outdoors and we used paper goods. Jane made everything run perfectly. She helped with set up, replenishing food, clearing, disposing of trash, clean up etc. She was superbly competent and a pleasure to have around. Jane's assistance allowed me to relax and be a guest at my own event. I recommend her with great enthusiasm!

The experience was great! Michelle was super responsive and was very professional. All of the my questions were answered and I did not have a worry when it came to this aspect of the party. The bartender was great too. It was a small party and he took initiative to come around asking what the guests wanted.

Our company hired Michelle and her staff to bartend and serve food at our company Team Building Cookout. From the first phone call, Michelle was very attentive, quick to respond, and kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. Michelle was accommodating and flexible when changes needed to be made. She also was able to refer me to a vendor to rent the tent/table/chairs/linens, yard games, etc. Michelle and her staff arrived on time, were extremely professional, went the extra mile by offering help in other areas unrelated to their services, and made sure everything was picked up and neatly put away so the yard looked like it did before their arrival. I highly recommend hiring Michelle & her team for any event you need someone dependable to take the worry off your shoulders.

If you want a beautiful, worry free wedding book Superior Service! Michelle and the Superior Service team (Jane and Linda) made planning my daughter’s wedding a joy. They are so professional and knowledgeable. I don’t think the original wedding plans (in a large venue) would be as half as wonderful and as memorable without them. Working with Michelle and the whole Superior Service team was exceptional. My Friends and Family are still raving about my wedding and how beautiful and unique it was. They gave me ideas I would have never come up with on my own. From the start when I met Michelle for our first meeting to start the planning process (Covid-19 Backyard Wedding), I felt very comfortable and at ease. She made me feel like the process would be smooth and it was. Michelle went over every detail with my, constantly was in touch with me and always available to give her opinion on what was planned, from the chair covers, chair sashes, napkins, everything you can think of Michelle was there for me. My husband and I could not have asked for a more understanding and caring planner. Michaelle helped with every aspect of planning our big day. She was very hands on with helping me make decisions on all the décor going totally above and beyond having one of her staff decorate the Arbor (which was totally magical) for my daughter’s wedding down to shopping for the flowers! That would never been possible without Superior Service.

Michelle was super helpful with serving and bar tending as well as keeping the site clean. She even helped make up plates for people to take home with the leftovers. This is a wonderfully helpful service and will definitely use them again.

Michelle was quick and easy to deal with as she followed up on our many details and outlined the steps to our multi-phase event. She and her servers were timely, warm, and friendly with everyone. Michelle understands how to keep people happy and problem solved very effectively with a few unforeseen problems. Her knowledge and help made our event truly exceptional.

We were so behind on schedule the AC was not working and they stood there so patiently waiting until everything worked out. Half the things they needed to serve was not there and they quietly took me to the side to let me know what they needed in order to complete their job, they even stayed past the time to help out as much as they could I would book them again for any event.

Michelle and her staff truly did a superior job, even during the COVID-19 crisis. She was flexible and easy to work with, and not to mention her prices are some of the cheapest we found!

I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and Superior Services. I came to her having never booked bar service for an event ever, let alone planning it for a wedding. Her pricing I felt was extremely fair and a great value considering how often she went beyond my expectations during the event. She was very professional in assisting me with selecting various alcoholic choices and quantities that were appropriate for our big day. The biggest thing for me however, was how flexible Michelle was. My now wife and mother-in-law, would change things on me last minute to make that special day perfect. This was not a problem at all when it came to Michelle, she was quick to adapt. Frankly, this made my life a lot easier and I received compliments after the wedding about our bartender.

Jane anticipated every need we had, and made our party so special and carefree for me (the hostess). I was able to relax and enjoy my guests. Thank You so much! See you next year!!!

I had the pleasure of hiring Michelle for an event that we were running for one of our clients. She is extremely conscientious, asked lots of clarifying questions and assured us that she would do everything she could to make our event a success. She advised us on the food order, the types of plating for passed and stationary hors d'oeuvres and absolutely went the extra mile for us even before the actual event day. When the day arrived, she was early, brought a very well-groomed and professional staff and handled the food service with professionalism and good humor. We had a problem with some of the rental items and she jumped right in to help even though that wasn't what she was hired for. I highly recommend Michelle and her team and look forward to working with them again!

Michelle and her staff went above and beyond supporting my son's wedding at Hammond Castle. We got hoodwinked by a vendor and Michelle saved the night. I would have never survived the night without her assistance and support. Word's can not describe the service they provided.

We had a large crowd for a July 4th party. Guests arrived with food contributions and Michelle came for a preparation planning session in advance of the event. She did the set up, making various iced drinks for the large containers, cooked the salmon and heated the frozen bread. Took and arranged all incoming food. Cleaned up as it went along. Her platters were beautiful and she was totally calm with the bedlam. She packaged up the salvageable remains and made this an event we could really enjoy! She will be returning for all our events in the future, schedule permitting.

Superior Services provided help with the party at my house. They were amazing keeping the buffet hot, refreshing drinks, doing dishes. They were a tremendous help!

Michelle helped my husband and I throw a Friendsgiving party for over 45 people (including a bunch of rambunctious kiddos!) We've thrown this party for over 10 years and this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable, in large part because of Michelle's help! She arrived early, jumped right in serving food, cleaning up, doing dishes, putting everything away - we actually got to enjoy our guests! Michelle's warm manner and efficient thoroughness made a pre-wedding dinner for 22 a relaxing and successful event. She exceeded my requests, not just serving dinner and cleaning up after, but entertaining an early arrival while we were still at services, taking coats, making sure guests had drinks, and shooing me out of the kitchen. The food was beautifully plated, dishes were unobtrusively cleared, desert presented. When the evening was over my kitchen was spotless, leftovers were neatly (and attractively) stored, ready for a next meal. Michelle was a pleasure to work with, and I will definitely use her again.

My wife and I hired Superior Services to bar tend our welcome reception and waitstaff our wedding last month and couldn't have been happier with our decision. Our wedding was a DIY wedding located at a barn with no kitchen, no stove, no running water, and no wedding planner or caterers involved aside from our close friend who served as a Day-Of-Wedding Coordinator. That said, Superior Services and their staff of 7 were charged with table set-up, food prep and heating, drink and meal service, clean-up, table tear-down, and storing for pick up all serving utensils, glasses, and tableware for a diverse group of 130 guests ranging from Wall Street finance types to school teachers and loved ones who joined us from around the world. The owner, Michelle is an extremely hard working, honest, straightforward, and resourceful do'er who rolls up her sleeves and springs into action with little to no direction as soon as it's gametime! In fact, Superior Services did such a phenomenal job with both our welcome reception and wedding (especially the tear-down and clean-up) that my Day-Of-Wedding Coordinator requested to leave early on our wedding night as Michelle and her team had everything under control! Thank you Michelle and Superior Services for all your hard work. We couldn't have pulled off our wedding without you!
