Eclectic and Hip, Lunar Tide is a female-fronted band that breathes new life into the Wilmington music scene with songs from the 1960s to the present. Forming in December, 2010, this band presents an ear pleasing mix of "smash hits" from several decades, including a whole set tribute to the '80's, a flashback from the '60's and '70's, as well as fast forwarding to current day artists. We have a large enough repertoire of '80's songs to pull of an entire '80's show complete with outfits! The setlist is selected based on what the audience wants to hear, and this band is well known for great crowd interaction. We look forward to playing at your venue, private events and parties!
Saw this band in Wilmington a couple of times and they put on a great show. If you are a fan of this era or of good musicians putting on a high energy show then the M-80's are a must see. They always pack the place and with a fun crowd. The female singer, Kelly I think, absolutely nails every song she sings.
