The Magical Myster AJ

My twin and I recently celebrated our 58th birthday with family and friends and AJ was hired as a surprise birthday gift. What a great idea for a gift! We were told entertainment would arrive at 7:00 but knew nothing else which created fun anticipation and suspense. As soon as he arrived, AJ immediately engaged everyone and was very comfortable. AJ is a very talented musician, has a great personality and wonderful sense of humor. He involved everyone throughout his show. We are still talking about the grand finale of his show because it was truly astonishing! AJ's show was just pure fun with lots of laughs and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. AJ, thank you for making our birthday celebration so fun, memorable and unique!

I would recommend AJ without hesitation for any party or event. AJ did an amazing job when he came to do small private show for my family party. He was really easy to work with in regards to scheduling and communicating. He gathered lots of information about the guests of honor at the event, and I could tell he put a lot of thought into what would be most entertaining for them. We had guests in their 20's through their 60's - AJ engaged everyone. People laughed til it hurt and were amazed by his tricks. He is really great at his craft!

I am so glad we hired AJ for my in law's 50th Birthday Bash. I was hoping for something different to wow our guests and make the evening memorable- he more than exceeded expectations! I thought it was great that he took the time to understand the type of party and guests and came to the party prepared to entertain for a couple hours. He amazed our guests with up close magic as he mingled from group to group and then did one big show at the end. He is so good at what he does and you can tell he enjoys it. He had people gasping and laughing all night. I don't know a better way we could have entertained our guests!

As the sugar highs calmed down and the birthday hysterics settled, my (newly) 7 year old birthday girl said "That was the best party ever!!!" Thanks to AJ, my daughters dream party was complete.

AJ was AWESOME! We booked AJ very last minute for our daughter's 4th birthday party, and he was amazing. He was funny for both the adults and the kids, and he really knew how to engage an enthusiastic crew of preschoolers and keep their attention (not an easy task with 20 young kids!). AJ was also fantastic and extremely professional from the moment we first spoke. He responded within minutes of my email, and he was extremely accommodating. He also wanted to make sure that my daughter felt extra special on her big day so he arranged a magic trick just for her (a purple unicorn appeared!). We could not have been happier with our entire experience with AJ - he was great!

The Magical Myster AJ not only provided amazing entertainment for my charity event on September 17, 2016, but also saved the day. Only hours earlier, on the day of my gala, my scheduled and advertised entertainment cancelled. I was so fortunate to find AJ, learn about his talent, read reviews and especially lucky to learn that he was available to step in and save the evening. AJ arrived earlier than scheduled, and immediate went to work. My guests enjoyed his illusions, his charming personality and his presence enhanced our charity event. I will not hesitate to book AJ at future events and recommend him to others.

We had AJ perform at a party for 4-7 year-olds and he was PERFECT! The show was funny and magical...he even handled a few tiny hecklers with comedy and patience. AJ did a great job, and we'll keep him at the top of the list for all of our magical needs.

I am not one to write reviews, however, I felt the need to express how great the AJ Sacco magic show was. Our event was held at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Chicago for about 150 children. Needless to say, it is very difficult to find enough quality entertainment to occupy 150 kids ALL DAY! I was referred to AJ by another person and am so happy that I was. Out of all the events we scheduled for the kids, his by far was the best and most occupied by both parents and children.

AJ had very good communication throughout the booking process from the dates of the show, sending quotes, changing and finalizing details, etc. We communicated through phone, text and email and he made the process very easy.

Both kids and adults were very impressed by the show! Not only was he personable, he played music and really got all the audience members involved. I honestly think that the adults enjoyed themselves as much as the kids as he was able to bring out the “kid” in us!

AJ made the follow through from my initial contact until after the show seamless. His customer service is amazing and he really took the time to tailor the show to the audience.

AJ arrived early to verify details and was EXTREMELY accommodating when at the last minute the location and time was changed! I was so impressed at his calm demeanor (when I was not) and ease to accommodate our event.

Who knew that a 10th Birthday party for my daughter could be so magical!!! AJ Sacco was one of the most professional and entertaining performers I have ever worked with. Booking with him was a piece of cake. He is prompt, flexible and provided an amazing range of performance options to choose from.
AJ was always accessible to talk, as a few times leading up to the event I wanted to reconfirm his show would line up with our expectations.

AJ’s performance at the birthday party was fantastic. The audience included about fifteen 10-11 year old girls. Our pre-teen group of girls could have proven to be a tricky audience. But that was not the case due to the thoughtful preparation AJ put into the show. It was clear that he spent time putting together a show that would interest this group of girls. He performed a show that was jam packed with amazing magic and even some very fun music and comedy. He kept all of the girls very engaged for over an hour.

The feedback I received after the show was extremely positive. After the party my daughter was thrilled; she absolutely loved it. I asked her how she thought the magic show was compared to what she expected. She said it was way better magic than she thought it would be and was the best birthday party ever. I also received positive feedback from many parents whose daughters attended the party. They let me know that their daughters had an excellent time and really enjoyed the show. They were all very excited to go home and practice the tricks AJ had taught them and perform them for their families.

If you are considering hiring a magician for you next event AJ is your guy. I received him as a recommendation from a friend who used him for an adult cocktail party and he was a hit there as well. He will impress all age groups. In addition to performing amazing magic that will blow you away, he is an extremely professional, organized, thoughtful and genuine artist, which makes him very easy to work with.

AJ was so professional, and clearly loves what he does. He entertained a group of kids--ages 5 to 10--and appealed to everyone. The camp counselors who were also present (college students) loved his show. I highly recommend him to anyone, whether it's for a party, a children's camp, or anything in-between. I know we would love to have him again next year.

Everything was spot on from start to finish. AJ was easy to communicate with, accommodating with our school schedule and was sensitive to our special needs population. Students and staff loved him, "he was very charismatic", "fun personality", "his show was engaging","good energy", "better than the reptile guy".

AJ was 1/2 hour early, set up like a pro, prepped his stage, got music playing so guests were hooked in and then kicked off an awesomely magic show. Every kid was engaged and when a few strayed on AJ's stage he politely asked them to sit & they did. You can tell AJ has deep experience on stage and in dealing with audiences. The audience roared with laughter as the magic tricks were delivered. Kids were beside themselves laughing and chattering. It met and exceeded expectations. Thank you AJ! Horray!

My family and I asked AJ to come to my son's First Communion party a few weeks ago, after we saw him perform at a local fundraiser. Booking through his website was extremely easy, and we had a response within a few hours. He arrived promptly at the party and set up right away. Even though the food was served late, and his start time was pushed back, AJ waited the entire time without complaint. He even put on a private show for my grandparents while he waited. My son had an absolutely fantastic time, and has already asked when we can have him come again. I would highly recommend The Magical Myster AJ for audiences of all ages. It truly was a magical time!

AJ performed "strolling magic" at our school's fundraising gala and he astonished our table full of adults! He is highly professional and entertaining. I imagine he could wow a roomful of kids just as easily as he impressed the adults at our gala.
