The Troubles are an Irish American band that focuses on traditional, contemporary, and original Irish and coal cracker music. We are currently a duo, strongly in tune with our Irish heritage and coal region roots. Drawing from musical backgrounds in folk, rock, blues, bluegrass, and Irish music, we like to mix music with history, songs with stories, and our own original music with the ballads, folk music, and Irish rock.
