Tony Brown

Tony Brown SOLO performance is a combination of original songs and original arrangements of some songs from the past that are unique and classic in nature. THe band performance is Original REGGAE with a few songs by other artist. Both presentations are "professional" and self contained for smaller event and sound required for large events and concerts. The time length for performances for both presentations can be specified by the requirements of the event. Usually the solo performance is (3) sets 1hour in length for regular presentations and 60-120 minutes for a concert presentation. The band performance is usually (2) sets 90-100 minutes in length. The concert set is usually 90-120 minutes in length.

Tony Brown is a musician, songwriter, vocalist, artist and performer. He has dedicated his life to sharing the message of hope, peace and love through his music and performances. Tony has performed in Europe, Africa, North and South America, Central America and The Caribbean. Tony respects and identifies with his global citizenship and he honors the opportunity to stand before people to share with them the rich cultural value of music and the diversity within musical styles. Tony has received local, regional and national awards for his music, performances, and songwriting.

Tony’s LIVE SOLO performances encompass a wide range of styles from old school Blues through R&B, Soul, Ska, Reggae, Jazz, Rock, Folk, Funk and Latin flavors, while his original band presentation focuses on Reggae and World music. Over the years Tony has written and recorded many varied styles of music and has also participated in bands featuring Blues, R&B, Soul, Funk and Rock. All the different musical forms are part of one expression, Tony Brown music.

Tony’s aspiration for his music, whether recorded or live, is to create a unique and high quality sound with a positive “upful” message that not only inspires his audience, but also makes them want to get up and dance!
