David was right on time with everything he did from our first contact till the event was over! He was professional and his tunes added a sense of warmth to my husband's funeral service. We requested Danny Boy but David added other tunes and stayed till the end of the service. He did a great job and I'm very happy that I picked David to help honor my husband with the music that he loved

David Lairson was very professional and was early to the celebration of Life service at FUMC. He played his bagpipes before and during the service! He made his presence very special dressed in full bagpipe outfit and the music he played was excellent. David agreed to play for the service with short notice which was quite a benefit given sudden death of the family member. Thank You David Lairson!

David was amazing and actually helped me decide on what he should do considering I was lost because of my Dad’s service. He’s very professional and plays beautifully. It was the perfect beginning for the service and everyone commented on how good David was. I was very satisfied.

David is not only an amazing, experienced Bagpiper, but truly a professional in every sense of the word- from our original conversation (hired him literally the night before our event) to being on time, overly hospitable, and stayed longer from start to finish than I would have expected. I can highly recommend David Lairson and would hire him again. I hardly leave a review on any sites - but Mr. Lairson deserves this recognition and appreciation.

With Covid rearranging most of the wedding plans, we were so happy that Mr Lairson could remain a part of the ceremony. His wonderful bagpipe music gave the Scottish/Irish flair to our scaled down wedding. We were so pleased with his music, and he was great to work with ahead of time. Ten stars!!!

I was able to discuss my thoughts for my husband's Celebration of Life ahead of time with David. He got what I was going for. He made a set list perfect for the occasion, was punctual, looked and sounded great. I would hire him again next time I need a piper.

I was so pleased ...I was trying to pull off a surprise and David went right along. It was my first time using Gig/salad and I am really not good with the whole computer thing...BUT...it worked and I am so grateful it went so well...Thank you...Terri Cremins...Don't have pictures yet.

David provided music for a celebration of life/ memorial service. The family and church staff said that he did an excellent job. The range of music was fitting and executed well. David was on time and dressed in full Highland dress. David was professional and accommodating to the family and their musical requests. David was sensitive and helpful working with other performers at the event. David adjusted his schedule to fit a last minute time change and this was appreciated very much by the family. We would not hesitate to recommend David Lairson to an event requiring Highland Bagpiper and will no doubt request his services again. Thank you, David

I hired David to play at a funeral. He made a tough day better. He arrrived early and spoke to me and the minister to work out the best way to play for us. He played at the start and ended with amazing grace, which was perfect.
I would recommend him for any event you might have.
