Trio Verde is Aubrey Hays, Monte Mann, & Rob Roeder, playing Jazz, R&B, and Blues in Austin and throughout Central Texas. Playing without drums or percussion demands excellent musicianship, and Trio Verde rise to the occasion. ( It also means they have excellent control over their stage volume and only require a small space to put on a big show ). But the band is also suitable for situations where energy and excitement are more important than subtlety. The band also occasionally plays as Trio Verde Plus, adding Aaron Lack on percussion. In July 2015 the band played for the first time as Trio Verde Grande, adding horns to the Plus line up. Trio Verde Grande brings an even higher energy level.

We are a vocals, guitar, and bass trio from Austin Texas. Our songlist focuses on classic jazz standards, but also features jazz-ified versions of newer songs and some R&B and soul. In addition to musical excellence, Trio Verde are dedicated to first class professionalism. All of us have extensive party band experience, and are reliable professionals. Doing business with the band is almost as enjoyable as listening to them!
Trio Verde Plus augments Trio Verde with the art and skill of percussionist Aaron Lack. The musical quality is the same, but the energy level and impact are greater. It's easy to dance to Trio Verde, but it's almost impossible NOT to dance to Trio Verde Plus.
We have one of the world's simplest stage plots: stage left: bass amp with direct out, wedge monitor for bass player, center stage: vocal mic, wedge monitor for vocalist, stage right: guitar amp, wedge monitor for guitarist.
