BEVERAGE SERVICES
Carly's is proud to offer more than bartending service. While we do provide bartenders, we also offer a wide range of beverage services and are prepared to accommodate all of your beverage service needs.

SINGLE OR MULTIPLE BAR SERVICE
We provide set up, service, and clean up for beverage related needs.
Insured, professional bartenders, barbacks, servers and support staff will arrive at least 2 hours prior to the start of your event. They will be prepared with all needed service equipment, (bar stations, drinkware, etc.,) and supplies, (mixers, garnishes, etc.)
This service includes consultation for alcohol purchases and coordination of ordering, delivery, and return of unused alcohol.

SPECIALTY SERVICES
We offer a wide range of specialty services such as specialty cocktail creation; table side water, wine and cocktail service; cocktail/beverage tray passing; champagne toasts; cocktail mixing classes; whiskey, wine, and beverage tastings, and more!

CONSULTATION
Carly's beverage consultation service will provide you with a detailed outline of recommendations for beverage service including what kind of alcohol you'll want and how much to purchase,
specialty cocktail recipes and ingredients, supply and equipment suggestions, recommendations for how many bartenders, staff and/or volunteers you will need.

LOGISTICS PLANNING AND COORDINATION
Our founder, Carly, has extensive experience in planning and coordinating large scale, high end, and multifaceted event beverage services. She is prepared to work with you and your team to develop a beverage service plan that will cover the logistics of complicated missions and ease any day-of-event concerns. Highly experienced in day-of-event coordination, Carly is accustomed to working with large teams of staff and vendors.

With over 20 years of experience in beverage services and events, I have gained invaluable insight into what makes an event successful.

Originally from Massachusetts, I have worked a variety of roles in beverage services and events, including bartending, event management, and entrepreneurial endeavors in creating events. As an example, I spent a number of years as a bartender, booking agent and event manager for the Worthen house in Lowell, MA. In 2006, I was the primary creator of their annual Worthen fest, an event that continues today. After leaving Massachusetts in 2009, I did some traveling before moving to Northern California.

My career in California blossomed as I engaged in wine studies and worked all over wine country, San Francisco and Silicon Valley. For nearly a decade, I was the Event Coordinator, and later Production Manager, for a top beverage catering company that had me overseeing the beverage service for a wide range of event types and sizes. I have coordinated the beverage service for 30 guest intimate weddings in Napa, 800 guest table wine services for fundraising galas in San Francisco, 1500+ guest events for Facebook and similar companies in Silicon Valley, and 6000+ guest VIP festivals in Monterey. There is not a lot of things in this industry that I have not encountered or coordinated.

Upon relocating back to New England in 2023, it quickly became clear that a beverage caterer is needed in the region. While there are a number of bartending services to choose from, beverage catering provides a lot more than a bartender. Beverage catering is a service that encompasses all beverage related needs to ensure guest satisfaction.

There are several things that will be required for us to perform beverage service.

ALCOHOL PURCHASING
We do not have a class P liquor license yet and cannot provide alcohol directly. What we can do is consult with you about your event needs and coordinate with local distributors on your behalf. We would schedule delivery and coordinate any returns. You would only need to pay the bill with the distributor separately from the service billing you would receive from Carly's.

WORK SPACE
We usually ask for an 8ftx6ft space for each bar. Any other service stations will usually require a minimum of 4ftx2ft. If we are providing glassware, we require a minimum space requirement of 8ftx4ft.

SITE CONTACT
We require a site contact to be present for deliveries and pre-set up contract confirmation. The site contact does not have to be the client. They can be an event planner, venue manager, food catering coordinator, or anyone that has the ability to make decisions regarding service locations and set up. While we collect most of the pertinent information long before arrival to the event, we understand that last minute changes can often occur. We want to confirm we have the most up to date information about your event when we set up.
