I have been honing my performance as a solo cellist for over 2 decades. With several hundred shows played, my sense as a performer is always professional and more importantly enjoyable. I have worked as a musician for 5 star hotels as well as played countless private functions.
Christian Dupree is a New York based Song Writer and Classical Cellist. He received his training from internationally acclaimed teacher, Irene Sharp. Throughout his career, he has played with artists such as Jack Johnson, Mickey Hart (Grateful Dead) and Venice the band. Christian's musical style is based in R&B with distinct folk elements. He has two studio albums and is currently working on his third which is set to be released early 2018. His newest set of songs are a culmination of experiences from his time spent between Los Angeles, Nashville, Amsterdam and now New York, where he is taking the scene by storm.
My performance is very adaptable. For larger venues that require amplification, all I require is a mic and stand.
