1. Lighting
-Bright, even lighting is essential for visibility during cocktail preparation.
-Dimmable or accent lighting can enhance the atmosphere for evening or themed events.
-Task lighting at the workstation or bar area for precision work.
2. Staging
-A sturdy and level surface for the bar or workstation.
-Minimum workspace dimensions: 4ft x 2ft per bartender.
-A designated area for supplies, ingredients, and equipment storage.
-If demonstrating, a raised platform or stage for visibility by larger audiences.
3. Sound
-A wireless microphone or headset (if engaging with the audience or demonstrating).
-Access to a sound system or speakers for larger events.
-Ambient background music (if applicable) should be adjustable to allow clear communication.
4. Utilities
-Access to a sink with running water for cleaning tools and glassware.
-Nearby electrical outlets for any powered equipment (e.g., blender, induction burner).
-Temperature-controlled storage for perishable ingredients.
5. Safety and Accessibility
-Non-slip flooring in the workstation area to prevent accidents.
-Clear pathways for efficient service and guest interaction.
-Compliance with food and beverage handling regulations.
6. Setup Time
