I am a singer-songwriter and guitarist based in Charlotte, NC. I specialize in soft, gentle and romantic music for weddings, private parties, and other intimate settings. I have a 100+ song list consisting of love songs, ballads, and folk tunes ranging from the 50s to now as well as many originals. Specific song requests are also negotiable. I'm looking forward to talking with you about your event and specific needs!
From the moment I first heard Jackson's demo when he inquired about a gig at Madison Perk Coffee Bar, I knew I was hearing something special. He was such an anomaly as a young artist bringing freshness and heart to classic folk tunes. He breathes new life into these classic covers and he's also a top-notch songwriter with incredible original tunes. Do yourself a favor and get some Jackson Harden in your life.
Jackson did an amazing job of mesmerizing the crowd with his dreamy ethereal music. He transported us to otherworldly places, bringing us on a phenomenal journey that I’ll never forget.
Jackson performed at our vow-renewal ceremony and he was the highlight of the day! Everyone enjoyed his music - from the selection of songs to his execution of covers and originals to his overall sound. We highly recommend him for any event that you want to take to the next level. We will definitely be calling him for our next event!

Jackson responded to my initial inquiry that he thought he’d be a good match for my daughter’s musical preferences, and he most definitely was! Jackson is extremely talented, and our guests made many positive connects about his performance at our party. He even learned two new songs to accommodate my daughter and her voice teacher, who each wanted to sing a special song with him to commemorate her high school graduation. He has a great voice and plays the guitar beautifully. Jackson is also very nice, consistently responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Response from Jackson Harden:
Thank you again Diane for having me and for the kind words! It was a joy to accompany her and her voice teacher. All the best!
Jackson played guitar at my wedding and it was amazing! If there is anything to put your money towards I would highly suggest it being live music! He performed “yours” by Russell Dickerson as I walked down the isle with my dad and he made the day/moment so sentimental and I’ll never forget it! He was kind and assertive and really paid attention to when the music needed to be louder or softer depending on what was happening throughout the whole wedding day!

I am fairly flexible and can tailor to your specific needs and requests. I typically play more relaxing acoustic guitar with gentle vocals but can play more upbeat and energetic alternative/rock as well. I can play long sets for weddings/parties/etc or play a single song for engagements or as you walk down the aisle. I can also just play instrumental fingerstyle guitar in the background. I am open to learning a specific song or two at your request with sufficient notice beforehand.
I am a 27 year old, Utah native currently based in Charlotte, NC. I have been singing, writing songs, and playing the guitar for 19 years and have performed solo and in a handful of bands throughout my life. I received my bachelor's degree in music in 2019 from Snow College and I am a Breedlove Guitar sponsored artist.
I can provide my own 2 channel 600W PA system, microphone, mic stand, cables, extension cord, etc. All I need is an electrical outlet within 50 feet of me. I can also easily plug in to any in house system. My setup is fairly simple and I typically only require a direct acoustic guitar input and a quality microphone.
